Marketing Manager (PR)

TCG is looking for a Marketing Communications Manager with expertise in PR and digital marketing. This is for an amazing client of ours that is out trying to make a positive impact in the world and in the community. The team has a strong culture and they are looking for a perfect fit. SUMMARY Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this position oversees the day-to-day marketing communication functions of client's advertising, branding, interactive marketing, channel engagement and promotions activities.? Will manage marcom product launch activities, content development, website updates, direct marketing programs, brand management, global tradeshows and sales programs to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction to maximize market penetration in all core markets such as Aerial Work Platform, Floor Machine, Golf, Marine and Recreational Vehicle.? In addition, this position will aide in the development of market communications strategies for Renewable Energy, Oil Gas and other emerging markets. This position works closely with Sales, Customer Service, Engineering, Operations and other Marketing personnel. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Other Marketing Manager duties may be assigned including the following: Achieves consistency of the brand, design and content for all marketing activities Manages the development of annual global advertising and marketing communication plans and programs This Marketing Manager Manages Market Development Fund program on a global basis.? Helps to create a portfolio of marketing assets and tools that can be customized and promoted by region/country to Master Distributors and their Dealers. Analyzes marketing programs and lead pipeline and reports on measurable campaigns Works closely with the Sales organization to create product-specific marketing messages, sales literature, competitive comparisons, sales tools, white papers and other necessary sales tools Primary liaison for LATAM (Latin America) strategic marketing programs Assist with the development and management of the annual marketing budget Assists with the marketing communications activities required for the launch of new products, accessories or market extensions Develops website content and internet marketing practices and applications including driving and tracking visitors to our web and extranet sites Assists with the management of tradeshows to help build the Brand Oversees company and customer product labeling Manages the development of product videos for customers and partners Monitors and develops a strong working knowledge of competitors and their marketing programs Provides customer feedback into product management and new business development teams for future product development and product changes If interested in being considered for this amazing opportunity on a strong team and if you have a positive personality that works well with others, please email your resume to Mark.gonzalez@creativegroup.com with subject title, "PR MARKETING MANAGER" Job Requirements The Three Most Important Keys 1. A lot less trade shows. Needs a great writer Ideally B2B - Someone that has worked in a company that has marketed a PRODUCT. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES TBD QUALIFICATIONS? To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.? The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.? Strong knowledge of marketing concepts including market assessment, competitive positioning, customer trends and loyalty, marketing planning and sales support Experienced in B2B channel marketing tactics including market research, engagement, market development funds and incentives, training, tiered programs, asset development and relationship building. Must be able to manage budget, analyze results and report on Return on Investment (ROI). The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
