We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat - Provide outstanding customer service by actively listening to customers and offering solutions - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Utilize phone etiquette to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally - Upsell products or services to increase revenue - Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy Requirements:
