Machine Operator

Volt is immediately hiring for a Machine Operator in Santa Fe Springs, CA. $23-25/hr.
As a Machine Operator you will:
- Run machines to produce high quality optical coatings via sputtering processes and manufacturing of sputter film products.
- Set up & operate a machine of small vacuum coaters
- Fabricate optical coatings to meet customer specifications
- Document work and quality measurements
- Follow safety & health protocols
This is a full time opportunity. You must be available for 1st shift and 3rd shift.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2
years experience in industrial application settings and/or fabrication lines - Knowledge of thin film vacuum technology in production or research environment
- Mechanical & technical aptitude to learn
- Communication skills
- Flexibility to work overtime
Pay Rate: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
