Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations Receive and stock products from vendors and inter-branch transfers Pick and prepare shipments for customers and inter-branch transfers Handle the logistics of all outbound shipments utilizing our 3rd party freight broker and UPS WorldShip accounts Manage inventory using sales and inventory reports while adhering to corporate inventory management policies Maintain positive and productive relationships with members of all departments within the company Utilize the Infor XA ERP software for order, inventory, warehouse, and freight management Contribute to our continual improvement culture by providing feedback on process improvements Keep warehouse and office areas (including all files and records) clean, neat, and organized Customer Service Support:
Ensure that all customer orders are processed in a professional and timely manner Support sales activities of Outside Sales Reps by communicating all pertinent information necessary to maximize sales opportunities
Qualifications:
Knowledge of warehousing operations, including shipping & receiving Experience working in an ISO9001 environment is preferable Forklift licensed Must be self-directed, with the ability to work independently Strong communication skills are required to provide exceptional internal customer service Job Type:
Full Time, Monday to Friday Training Required:
Traveling to our Ontario, CA location - you will receive a $50 daily peridium for travel.
