Talley Task Force - Point of Contact for coordinating guests and employees who volunteer for the event, assist in the coordination of the Task Force Event, such as safety, parking, t-shirt inventory and distribution for events.
Back up to HR Manager, Talent & Culture for Wednesday Big Goal Meetings.
Reception and Switchboard & additional Activities:
Primary backup to the Switchboard for scheduled time off and meal breaks.
Back up to HR Assistant as needed.
Knowledge, Skill and Experience Required:
College graduate highly preferred or job equivalent experience.
Minimum 1 year of Human Resources experience, preferably in an Administrative or Coordinator role.
Microsoft Office skills are required, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Be honest, ethical, and highly confidential.
Strong communication skills:
verbal, reading, and writing skills.
Positive and energized work attitude with a sense of urgency and eagerness to learn and grow.
Strong analytical skills, and detailed oriented.
Able to create and maintain effective working relationships with other employees.
Job requires maintaining composure, keeping emotions in check, not personalizing HR matters, and avoiding aggressive behavior, even in very difficult situations.
Must be able to multi-task, deal with ambiguity, and work in a team environment.
