Job Description Provide support to sales staff and the management team.
Prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly sales and operation reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
Collaborate with Sales and Operation teams to gather results, adjusting data from internal and external sources.
Request Rate to pricing team using internal system P/L report Simulation Analyze operational results based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with the operation team.
Ensure timely processing of daily emails, resolution of open issues, and effective communication with customers.
Recommend necessary changes in current processes to enhance efficiency.
Monitor trends and promptly report changes to management for necessary actions.
Salary:
$23 - $25 an hour Qualifications Education:
College BA Entry level or less than 5 years of planning or sales support experience Excellent Microsoft Office application such as Excel/Power point/Word Excellent written and oral skills (English/Korean) Able to engage and work directly with customers Problem solver mindset Self-motivated OrganizedAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
