Job DescriptionOverview:
the Accounting & Finance Manager will manage the financial statement, systems, and processes needed to support the organization's strategic objectives.
Oversees the day-to-day operations of the accounting department and manage/supervise a team of accountants and financial professionals.
Responsibilities:
Oversee bookkeeping and journal entry including accounts payable, accounts receivables, monthly reconciliations, budgets, and all business-related expensesEnsure fiscal compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and internal financial policiesManage coordination of audit activities, tax preparation, and related filingsPrepare monthly/quarterly financial reports to upper managementAnalyze profitability of all corporate eventsResponse to internal/external accounting/finance auditCost of goods sold managementAsset ManagementProvide insights from financial aspect for all business activities to related teamIdentify financial efficiencyYearly budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closeSalary:
$80KQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldInternal audit experienceMinimum 4 years and maximum 7 years of experienceExperience with external audit is plusStrong knowledge of accounting principles (US GAAP & IFRS), budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis process, and financial operationsKnowledge of ERP systemsExperience preparing financial statements, financial modeling, and oral/written reports to upper managementAdvanced proficiency in Excel is mustStrong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal team membersBilingual in Korean is a mustAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
