Current Shift window available:
must be flexible to work any 8 hour shift within this timeframe.
5AM - 11PM Job duties include but not limited to:
Wash baking tools and dough bowls, storage bins etc.
as instructed.
Clean & maintain production bakery machines , mixers and equipment.
Clean/sanitize specialty baking trays as instructed to prevent damage.
Wash pans, trays & dough tubs based on assigned procedures.
Ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation throughout facility.
Ensure compliance with outlined work safety procedures.
Follow standard operating procedures.
Maintain temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards.
Keep dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.
Sweep and mop bakery & facility floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
Power-wash proofer, floor mats, and facility floors & equipment as necessary.
Clean worktables, walls, refrigerators, ovens and other food prep surfaces.
Remove trash and dispose of it in designated containers.
Steam cleans or hose out garbage cans.
Clean bathrooms, break rooms, common areas and offices as instructed.
Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
Help load and unload supplies and product inventory.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Reliable and Punctual! WEEKEND AVAILABILITY REQUIRED Self starter Team player.
With a respectful and positive attitude.
Ability to follow directions, stay organized, use checklists to complete work.
Comfortable working with a sense of urgency in a fast paced environment.
Maintain a clean and healthy work environment, including strict adherence to dress code and personal hygiene.
Comfortable standing on your feet Comfortable picking up 50 pounds Follow all manufacturing Food Safety programs, GMPs and HACCP Policies MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE TO APPLY Serv-Safe certificate preferred.
Must be vaccinated (Due to the fact that we are a food production facility and social distancing is sometimes difficult, we require that all applicants & employees are fully vaccinated before working at our facility for the safety of our team, vendors and customers.
