Responsible for various tasks involving data exports and imports, analysis, and reporting using a variety of sources including SQL, pricing databases, and customer ordering platforms.
Coordinating with Pricing, RFP / Cross Reference, Customer Service, Procurement / Strategic Planning, Accounts Receivable, and Sales team members.
Run customer usage reports, with varying degrees of complexity and line item detail.
Maintaining both ad-hoc and scheduled request queues and processing requests in a timely manner, while maintaining a high level of process quality and consistency.
Update customer pricing in the company's ERP system based on requests and coordination with the company's internal departments or sometimes external sources, including conversion pricing from one item to another Coordinate updates with EDI Administrator /3rd Party EDI platforms (OnCare, DSSI, Procurement Partners, etc.
) as necessary.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
REQUIREMENTS(WHAT YOU NEED):
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP's Previous experience with ERP software Time Management - Ensures that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Be able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines Problem Solving - Follows a systematic approach to analysis and usage reports; notifies manager when requests appear to be extreme or illogical and researches all variances Math Ability - Ability to apply basic mathematical operations (for example, subtraction, multiplication, and division) to determine appropriate costs, prices, mark-ups, and margins, etc.
Judgment - Displays willingness to make decisions; exhibits sound and accurate judgment; supports and explains reasoning for decisions; includes appropriate people in decision-making process; makes timely decisions.
