Our objective is to acquire, rehab, rent, and either maintain and manage/ or sell the units.
We are looking for someone that has experience with a few, hopefully most, of the tasks below.
This will be a pivotal role, and an offshoot of a much larger operation, with a very substantial potential for growth and increase in income.
Primary area of focus will be Multi Family, but are open to all investment opportunities.

-Data entry off of MLS or other sites, for property valuation -Purchasing and financing through Escrow -Construction and Rehab of properties, either Project Management or Administrative -Familiarity with Local and Government codes, particularly with ADU -Familiarity with Plans and Permit Processes with Local Cities -Leasing and Management of Tenants -Management of Vendors IE Plumbing, Electrical, etc -Listing and Selling of Properties Job Type:
