Brand Marketing Trainee
The primary objective of the Entry Level Brand Marketing Trainee is to assist our customer acquisition team with contacting interested leads for our newest client, a premier mobile dog grooming service in Southern California.
Our Entry Level Brand Marketing Trainee is a hybrid - part office-part client outreach position available to start immediately.

Responsibilities:
Provide consistent lead acquisition results through one-on-one meetings and serve as the primary contact for future and repeat customers Work cross-functionally with our mobile dog grooming partners to ensure all customer needs are met and scheduled correctly Troubleshoot customer problems, identify root causes, and use company tools and resources to determine how to resolve the complaint appropriately and efficiently When unable to resolve issues in a reasonable amount of time, expedite to the appropriate department and reach out to the Senior Customer Service Manager for further training and coaching to determine a solution and expand knowledge Updates customer information and meticulously ensures accurate entry of confidential customer information The Customer Service Representative is an upstanding example of our core values and believes in our commitment to excellence carrying that throughout all sales interactions, client meetings, brainstorming sessions, and projects Entry Level Brand Marketing Trainee
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service setting, including hospitality, retail, or restaurant experience Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and active-listening skills Extremely punctual, dependable, and professional Have a positive mindset and thrive in team settings Employee Perks:
