We are currently looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our growing team, who will be responsible for operating our logistics and warehouse.
We are looking for creative individuals who are passionate and embracing fun! Customer service representative duties:
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution Requirement Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies Go the extra mile to engage customers Resolve customer complaints via email Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for CS Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers Place or cancel orders Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale Handle product recalls Attempt to persuade customer to reconsider cancellation Inform customer of deals and promotions Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered Perks & Benefits for fulltime employee Health Insurance paid 100% by the Company including vision & dental 12 Days of Paid Time off per year Paid Holidays 401k with company matching Year-end Discretionary Bonus merchandise discounts Catered lunch provided.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
