Customer Service Representative Advanced Die Supplies provides products and services to the printing and packaging manufacturing industry.
We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative.
A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product info and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Use ERP and CRM software to enter orders, process sales orders and place purchase orders.
Our best candidates are genuinely excited to help customers.
They love to talk.
Our customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers'shoes and advocate for them when necessary.
Customer feedback is priceless, and our CSRs gather that for the company.
Problem-solving comes naturally to customer care specialists.
They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don't have enough information to resolve customer complaints.
The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities Manage high volume of incoming calls Generate add-on sales Identify and assess customers' needs to deliver customer satisfaction Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Meet personal/customer service team call quotas Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents Properly fill sales orders and purchasing document Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Take the extra mile to engage customers Occasionally assist warehouse staff with receiving, stocking goods, and inventory counts Skills Go-getter attitude, self-starter, willingness to reach out and find creative solutions Enjoy working as a team Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative Reliabilty in attendance, transportion and positive attitude Attention to detail with a high level of curiosity:
wanting to know ins and outs of business, products and how the products work to convey to client with accurate knowledge Ability to grasp concepts quickly and take initiative to learn everyday Working knowledge of generating reports Desire to grow position in company Ability to follow directions from a supervisor and eager to learn Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Familiarity with CRM systems and use Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personality Excellent communication skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively High school degree AA degree is a plus but not required Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus but not required Job Type:
