Exciting Challenges :
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Santa Fe Springs, CA.
This position will be responsible for providing excellent customer service as well as:
Place customer orders and arrange for delivery via customers' preferences Enter all customer pricing into computer for invoicing accuracy Update pricing when project pricing is sent by regional managers Consolidate orders so that customers receive best freight charges Respond to needs of the customer by phone quickly and accurately Assist other customer service reps when needed Communicate order status to customers quickly and accurately Process RMAs, credits and rebills within required timeframes Increase customer awareness and satisfaction through personal contacts and/or visits Attend regional meetings to increase relationships with sales personnel We Need Your Skills :
Customer Service experience Excellent computer skills, knowledge of SAP (Required) Min.
3 years in customer assisted roles Ability to act independently and make decisions Excellent organizational skills Have a sense of urgency to please customers Job Type:
