(RHA) is currently hiring for the following position:
Program Assistant The Program Assistant is responsible for a variety of clerical, data processing, report design, report generation and support functions for the program.
Hybrid position in our Santa Fe Springs office/ Remote
Essential Functions:
Administrative and Program Customer Service Duties Answer phone calls and provide excellent customer service Accurately represent program policies and procedures to the general public, program participants and staff (via telephone) Set customer appointments w/customer inquiries & customer eligibility screening Complete basic day to day administrative duties File program documents as required Perform Data Entry, update and manage program information utilizing software as required Minimum
Qualifications:
Experience Minimum 1 year experience in an office environment performing clerical and administrative duties Skills/Knowledge Bilingual in Spanish Knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Access Knowledge of current office practices, procedures and ability to use office equipment Excellent organization and prioritization skills Good interpersonal skills Ability to work in a team environment Good customer relations and telephone skills with the ability to effectively handle difficult customers Excellent written and oral communication skills including excellent English business writing and grammar skills Fluent in English (read, write, speak) Who is RHA?
