The core activity is to provide a sophisticated level of customer service leadership.
Responsibilities Log and maintain strategic orders (new customers, key accounts, ad merchandise, special promotions, and key orders) as issued by the National Sales Manager.
Manage the entire order flow process to include:
- Credit approval - Allocation - Shipping / Routing - Special Pallet / Shipping Configurations - Invoicing Coordinate customer issues and troubleshoot as needed for:
- Shipping- Invoicing- Back-orders- Samples and Special Samples Liaison between Snowsound field contacts and Headquarters.
Advise Territory Sales Managers of internal issues that would affect the order process (delivery date expiration, routing challenges, credit hold, etc.
).
Research internally customer issues that are identified in the field.
Assist the Customer Service Team, when dealing with customer service issues, policy, and procedures.
Must be able to work independently and problem solve with minimal supervision.
Identify and register trends or patterns in Snowsound customer contacts that should or could influence the product.
Assist Sales Department as needed in selling close-out merchandise.
Develop internal procedures to increase the efficiency of Snowsound Sales.
(PR), manage and guide perception of our business to develop new customers and maintain and strengthen the loyalty of existing key vendors including transportation and shipping specialists to give Snowsound priority when needed.
Review Back-Order Reports weekly and addresses all follow-up issues.
Build and maintain the company brand and reputation.
Work with minimal supervision, coordinate multiple priorities, and consistently communicate.
Excellent follow-through skills required Prior Experience 2-3 years working in an architectural, design, building, or related field, in a service capacity a PLUS High School plus some secondary education preferred Budget:
