WCD is seeking to hire knowledgeable experienced individual for our growing fulfillment center.
Job Description - Fulfillment Coordinator Reporting to Fulfillment Manager, the Fulfillment Coordinator is charged with all aspects of operation including but not limited to job costing, daily planning, procurement, customer interaction and reporting.
Essential Functions Business acumen, effective oral and written communication skills, proficient with MS Word and Excel.
Heavy data entry with an emphasis on speed and accuracy.
Complex research involving inventory and billing, accurate record keeping is essential.
Ability to communicate effectively throughout multiple levels of the organization.
Comfortable with multiple systems and understanding how they interact with one another.
Highly developed critical thinking and analytical skills.
Comfortable with repetitive tasks with the ability to be flexible when needed.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Manages activities related to inventory management and delivery of goods and services.
Daily reporting Essential Job Requirements Proficiency with office software including Google products (docs, search) and Microsoft products (Excel, Word) Customer service experience in a fast-paced, professional work environment Preferred Experience High School Diploma 2 Years' experience as a Fulfillment Coordinator 2 Years' experience in Corrugated industry Job Type:
