Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for tracing shipments online and over the phone, providing on-time updates to customers, entering data, printing and distributing order confirmations, solving issues and following up, providing excellent service to external and internal customers.
Requirements:
Exceptional customer service skills Experience in CSR role in transportation industry (definitely an asset) Professional, courteous, polite, with excellent telephone manners Strong organizational and time management skills Fluency in verbal/written English Strong computer skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, UFOS) Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment Great problem solving skills Job Type:
