30pm (Possibility for Hybrid Schedule after training) Must be Vaccinated This position serves as the patient's primary point of contact with the company.
They typically complete the Welcome Call, obtain needed documentation, coordinate with nursing/pharmacy, and quote the patients their cost.
Pharmacy Technicians encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities Insurance verification- Confirm benefit insurance coverage Obtain documents needed to help with initial authorizations Obtain initial authorization / or additional authorizations as needed-based off of Physician orders/ pharmacy Separating the patients by groupings Verify benefits via phone (not just via insurance portals) Working with Patients via phone to help navigate insurance programs to help the patient seek assistance.
Obtaining documents needed for referrals Assist with Insurance investigation, review documents-and process Submitting prior authorization/overturning appeals Performs Insurance Verification of benefit coverage on all of patient's insurance plans for each service being provided.
Coordinate with nursing/pharmacy staff Quote the patients on their prescription cost Job Type:
