Our ideal candidate will possess a friendly disposition, strong interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to work well with others.
Must be reliable and organized.
- Familiarity with restoration company work preferred.
Job duties & responsibilities MUST be available Mon-Fri, 7:
30am-4:
30pm, with some overtime possible Answering & returning phone calls in a timely manner Provide basic and accurate information about our services to clients Schedule appointments with clients Provide administrative support with marketing materials, thank you letters, etc.
Data entry (updating spreadsheets, filling out client worksheets) Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Prior reception or office experience preferred, but not required Prior customer service experience preferred, but not required Minimum High School diploma or equivalent Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Google Drive & its products, and various office computer software Familiarity with the use of general office equipment such as email, fax, scanners, printers and phones Job Type:
