This role provides administrative and analytical support to the day-to-day activities of the order processing and marketing departments.
Position requires cooperative action and cross-functional support to include back-up Operator for the organization.
Requirements Minimum of two (2) years administrative related experience required Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Teams, Excel (to include formulas, pivot tables and VLOOKUP) Excellent verbal and written communication skills High degree of attention to detail Bachelor's Degree preferred Responsibilities General mailbox (2) administrator.
Distribution, organization and maintenance of two mailboxes to ensure delivery of emails in a timely manner.
Running and distribution of weekly departmental reports that include pivot table and VLOOKUP's.
Assist the sales department with open order management, releasing orders and uploading customer POs to portal Help register, link, and activate online customers.
Review, track and assign new business leads.
Responsible for submitting monthly departmental expense reports to accounting.
Service Recovery Customer Program.
Assist Marketing department with internal events logistics.
Main point of contact for departmental purchases on amazon and other sites.
Switchboard back-up for breaks (2) and lunches (1).
Travel Administrator back-up.
