Job Description Oversee MINT, Biologics, and GBR inventory Oversee local East Coast and West Coast B2B and B2C sales orders, returns, exchanges, and sample requests Conduct sales analyses to forecast potential inventory issues and communicate to MINT, Biologics, and GBR sales teams Submit purchase orders for ODM, MINT, Biologics, and GBR products to HQ through K-system Manage the routing of purchase orders Process returns/exchanges with HQ Input incoming inventory into ERP Process quality control slips for incoming inventory from HQ Report weekly sales reports in EXCEL Manage back orders Manage consigned products and expired products Actively communicate with HQ and ODM companies to provide B2B forecasting and shipment schedule updates Salary:
$55,000/ yr to $75,000/ yr Qualifications Able to multi-task and work independently Able to manage time effectively Proficient in MS Office (especially in EXCEL preferred) Working knowledge of PC computer systems preferred Identified PC hardware and software issues and applied troubleshooting skills to resolve Handled multiple work orders and tasks at a time Performed software and hardware updates as needed Bilingual in Korean/English preferred BA in Business Logistics or related field Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
