Responsibilities Perform data entry associated with accounts receivable Obtain and review supporting documents from other departments to ensure invoices are accurate and complete Prepare and post daily deposits to the accounting software Research and apply unallocated deposits Maintain accounting spreadsheets, updating information as needed Submit payroll through ADP systems Workers comp duties Position Requirements:
5 years of experience minimum Willing to learn/train exclusive in house software Responsible and reliable Expert-level knowledge of spreadsheets and automated accounting systems; notably QuickBooks Online (QBO) Able to meet operational deadlines Ability to perform at high levels in a fast paced ever-changing work environment
