We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us maximize our business and sales team potential.
You will be in charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans and meeting planned goals.
Our ideal candidate is passionate about making sales and mentoring young sales representatives! Compensation Starting hourly pay range $27 - $45 35 Hour weeks Pay increases as fast as your progress does Potential $2k bonus monthly Requirements Must have a laptop to keep track of orders Available Mon-Fri 9-5 (no night shift or weekend hours) Responsibilities Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team Lead daily meetings discussing performance and objectives with the sales team.
Own recruiting and training a sales team, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships Skills Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
Able to motivate and manage a team of sales representatives.
Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively.
