The Raymond West Systems Operations team is 2 years old and growing at a rapid rate.
As a Systems Integrator, we design, install, and service automated systems within the four walls of a warehouse.

The AO team is designed to respond rapidly to changing business needs, plugging in gaps across the Systems Operations department so we can execute all projects with 100% success.
The AO is ready to adapt in our fast-paced environment and can redirect focus and effort to respond to changes in customer requirements.
The AO utilizes their current skill sets to problem solve while gaining business/industry knowledge and experience.
The AO successfully manages projects and defines workflows, jobs, and reporting relationships to obtain optimum effectiveness.
The AO engages with all levels of internal and external customers and is a key stakeholder in decision-making, project execution and performance satisfaction.
An AO is capable of thinking critically and executing complex tasks independently.
An AO career path could include Procurement, Project Management, Sales, Engineering, Content Development, Estimation and/or special tasks and projects.
Required
Experience:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

Preferred
Experience:
To have an immediate impact on the operation, candidates will have experience or practical education in one or more of the following disciplines:
Procurement Engineering (mechanical/electrical) Data Analytics Contracts and Pricing Accounts Receivable/Payable/Invoicing Construction and Permitting AutoCAD Material Handling Project Management Microsoft Office, especially Excel EDUCATION and/or Experience College degree from a four-year school, or equivalent experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS Be able to speak, read and write fluently in English.
Be able to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Be able to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Be able to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Be able to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
Be able to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
REASONING ABILITY Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
