We are a fast growing window shade manufacturer looking for a talented and highly motivated Customer Service Representative / Data Entry Person.
Responsibilities Receive and process new orders from customers via email Answer customer questions when calling in Process quotes, which may include large projects Follow through and track progress of customer projects Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails Understand customer needs and requirements Skills Proven customer service experience Extremely detail oriented Ideally, experience in home furnishings or similar industry a plus Very proactive and articulate with customers Proficient with web presentation tools and Excel Experience working with CRM's (Salesforce or other) Excellent verbal and written communications skills Strong listening and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Job Type:
