Responsibilities:
Possess the ability to guide the entire project from ideation to fruition, clarifying its scope, necessary resources, anticipated timeframe, communication strategy, and more.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Ability to keep everyone on schedule and, when issues arise, are responsible for resolving them and communicating effectively with team members and other stakeholders.
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Ensure resource availability and allocation Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques Possess the aptitude to come up with, manage and deliver a project on / under budget and timeframe.
If unexpected financial issues arise, you will be authorized to manage them and reallocate resources where necessary.

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience Working experience with any project management software tools like Microsoft Projects, Basecamp, Nifty, Teamwork Projects, Zoho Projects, Trello, Jira, Asana, LiquidPlanner, TeamGantt, Backlog or similar programs is a plus.
